Are your inbound links increasing without you building them manually?
Inbound links is a direct measure to understand if the content you are producing is worthy enough to others to link back to you. How many Unique Visitors, Returning Visitors and Page Views Is you Blog Getting?
Statistics is an important component to measure the growth of a blog. A blog without traffic (I mean, targeted visitors) is not worthwhile and does not account for growth. The overall stats of your blog – the number of unique visitors you’re getting to your blog per day, the number of returning visitors, the number of page views you had and the average time spent on your blog. You have to consider all these factors to check if your blog is really growing.
If you are still not measuring your blog stats, I would recommend you to set it up right now. You can use free Analytics program from Google, and you can find all information about it here. If you are already using Google analytics, this custom dashboard usage will be handy for you.
Has your email subscriber count increased?
If people are subscribing to your blog, it clearly means that your blog is growing. People don’t often subscribe to blogs from where they don’t want updates. So, if your subscriber base is increasing slowly, it is a good sign. However, don’t set unrealistic expectations like getting 1000 subscribers in a day. It only leads to frustration and breaks down the high spirit with which you started your blog. So, make a slow and steady growth of your subscriber rate.
Also don’t limit yourself just with email subscription, as social media following is equally important. You can check this guide to understand what all subscription option you should offer.
